We had an excellent experience with Wilkinson’s Removal and would highly recommend them. The moving team on the day were outstanding — friendly, professional, and extremely hard‑working from start to finish. They took great care with our belongings and worked efficiently throughout the day, which helped make a potentially stressful move feel calm and well organised. Nothing was too much trouble, and their positive attitude really stood out.

The office team also deserve special praise. After our original removal company cancelled with just two working days’ notice before completion, Wilkinson’s stepped in and managed to fit us in at very short notice. Their responsiveness, reassurance, and clear communication were a huge relief at a very stressful time. We’re extremely grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

From beginning to end Wilkinson's service was first class. Moving is no fun as we all know, but these guys made it seem like a breeze!

Efficient, hardworking, careful at all times, canny decision makers and, maybe more importantly, they put us at ease and made the whole process seem effortless (and sometimes even fun!) They were great with our daughter and involved her which really helped.

Simply put, this company has the highest recommendation from us for getting us through a big, complicated move with the minimum of stress (and zero damages!)

We used Wilkinsons for a double move from Bristol to London and Winchester. Ben who undertook the survey was extremely professional in working out what had to be done.

The two teams of guys who arrived on the morning worked efficiently in dismantling larger items and loading up the separate vehicles accurately. It was a long, complicated move achieved with good humour and courtesy at both pick-up and delivery sites. They were competitively priced and the company followed up for feedback the following day. This is an excellent removal company and we would highly recommend them.

We have now used Wilkinsons Removal & Storage of Bristol Ltd for two moves and couldn't be happier with the service. Ben came round to provide a quote and made it clear what services they offered and which would be best for ourselves. The team in the office were great, going the extra mile after a late change to our moving date. Then on the day Will and Steve were professional, friendly and efficient - they had the van loaded in no time and we were off to our new property. Everything was carefully moved without a single break. Will be using them again and thoroughly recommend to anyone needing to move.

Fantastic Job. 1st time I used this company. Reasonably priced & very Professional.

My moving date was 11.7.25, which was an extremely hot day, at least 30c. I was moving from a GFF to a 3rd Floor Flat. Even in that heat they manged to move me in under 3hrs (even with 3 flights of stairs to climb).

Dining Room table and metal frame bed were disassembled for ease of moving and Reassembled the other end.

I highly recommend this company if you are planning on moving

Fantastic service from Wilkinsons. Ben quoted & organised the move at short notice and made the process very simple. He was very organised, professional and courteous.

Nick and Corey were excellent with the actual move. They were punctual, very friendly, and efficient. They were highly skilled in maneuvering the furniture in tight areas and worked quickly and methodically.

They were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend their services. Top job, 5 stars!!

From my first conversation with Nick and the Ben I felt confident that I would be looked after. They came and looked around to give me a quote and after that we sailed through the process. They dropped off boxes, keep in contact and turned up on time on my removal day.

The removal men were fantastic and so helpful. It was a pleasure to have them in my house.,

I then had my furniture in their storage facility for a week before bringing it to my new house.

We booked Wilkinson’s Removals through a recommendation and we were not disappointed. The survey was easy with Ben tapping away at an iPad which recorded everything that we had to move and the quote followed later the same day. The guys who turned up to move us were excellent, friendly, helpful and made some great suggestions at the storage locker we are using, to maximise the storage. Great service from initial enquiry, through moving day and then a courtesy call to check how the move went and to wish us both well . We had three men for our move (Steve , Steve and Darren ) and they were fantastic . No ask was a problem and they took good care of walls, doors , flooring etc to ensure nothing was damaged . These guys went above and beyond and we would recommend Wilkinsons to family and friends . They really made the day an enjoyable and exciting one rather than stressful so thanks again . Cannot thank the team enough for a great house move experience. From the initial visit to assess what was needed all way through to the move itself. Professional and courteous throughout with emphasis on clear communication and step by step concise emails. Cannot recommend this Company more highly. From when Nick came to our house to give us a quote the whole experience was very friendly but also very professional. The team of four arrived on time and were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They worked very well together and got the job done very efficiently. They made sure that they made no mess and that everything of a fragile nature was well covered, i.e tvs, mirrors, pictures etc. They made the move as stressless as possible as this was the first time in 49 years we had moved!! We chose Wilkinsons as they are a local family firm and could handle our heavy piano. We ended up having only 3 working days between exchange and completion, but Wilkinsons fitted us in, including having to have an extra man for the piano move which was done separately. They did our main furniture move the day after exchange into a temporary rental property, giving us a few days including the weekend to clear up small items and make the property ready for the new owners. They did the piano move on completion day. The removal staff were friendly and efficient and went out of their way to be helpful. They were very careful and used proper covers on items as necessary. We felt that Wilkinson's price was very reasonable considering their care and professionalism and would highly recommend them.

Good communications from the outset, including the confirmation call the day before and the courtesy call after to see if everything had gone well from our perspective. My elderly parents felt reassured that good care was taken with their belongings.

The guys arrived late, after 10am, but we were informed of the delay. Overall a very professional job - I would have every confidence to recommend this company to anyone and it’s not often I can say that nowadays. The least stressful part of the whole moving process.
